Looking for the Best

Like so many other things, using third parties to look for staff externally originated in the USA. After the end of World War II, the economy lacked management personnel due to the high number of human casualties. These could no longer be found via the usual channels. The new profession of personnel consultant was borne. At the end of the fifties, HR consulting found its way to Germany. Restricted to finding management personnel to start with, today HR consulting provides a diversity of personnel management services.

Looking for management personnel was our chief activity to start with, initially confined to regional sectors. We now handle demanding executive searches all over Germany as well as on an international level. Looking for employees is still our core business today.

Our Individual Approach

The human resources consultancy profession admittedly often makes a great fuss about itself, resorting to a deep analysis of economic history issues for the purpose of self-justification. Although we are prepared to meet this intellectual claim, we consider our task to be reduced to what we believe really matters: filling vacant positions with the best suited candidates.

Executive search is our core business and we are excellent at it.

Individual solutions and clever job market strategies allows PAB HRConsulting to access candidates that would normally not be accessible and spares clients from unsatisfactory results of own search efforts.

Changed Conditions

Although management and specialist staff vacancies have become increasingly difficult to fill, top players have become increasingly important for the economic prosperity of a company.

The demographic shortage of top performers goes hand in hand with an increased demand for highly qualified and motivated staff. This is often rounded off by regional bottlenecks, the concentrated attraction of population centers and a lack of attractiveness of entire branches. Availability of top performers has dropped with regard to quantity as well as quality, compared to the past.
