We Operate on the Basis of Clear Principles:

Competent Method Application

Wrong appointments are expensive. The cost of selection and familiarization, missed opportunities, employee demotivation, conflicts as well as negative effects on the market all add up on the debit side. These risks are minimized by using valid selection procedures, coupled with the thorough know-how and many years of experience of our consultants.

Client Protection

We do not contact the employees of one client for the positions of another. This is not only applicable to the clients put there by us, but to all the client’s employees. Client protection is naturally agreed in writing.

Discretion

We protect the interests of our clients and candidates and assure confidentiality at all times during and after appointment.

Fast Project Turnaround

The candidate selection and presentation process is completed with due care within the shortest possible period of time, to allow the decision-making process to commence. For the sake of speeding up the procedure, we naturally also travel closer to the candidate’s location to meet for selection interviews.

Clear Project Responsibility

An executive search is conducted by a single consultant. This clear allocation of responsibility guarantees a maximum degree of individuality and ensures a fast and direct flow of information without negative effects attributable to poor communication. Senior/marketing consultants delegating projects to junior consultants or staff may be common in other consulting firms, but PAB HRConsulting does not believe in this practice.

Inclusion of All Lines of Business

Other consulting firms claim to focus on a specific line of business, which we often consider to be nothing more than a sales argument. Mastery of the search mechanisms is what really counts and these apply to all areas of work. We also have key areas, but do not concentrate on a specific sector out of pure conviction. Focusing on a specific line of business makes the field in which a human resources consulting firm can search significantly narrower. The greater the specialization, the higher the number of clients that are likely to be competitors. Since clients deserve to be protected, only candidates working for non-clients are looked for, a group that would turn out to be very small. PAB HRConsulting is generally not subject to any conflict of interests due to a selective contract policy.
