Procedure and Methods

The search process starts with a thorough joint analysis of the vacant position, followed by creation of a candidate profile and familiarization with the company objectives. We find it very important to get to know the corporate culture, to enable the potential employee to identify with it and to make sure that the candidate feels at ease within the informal structure of the company.

 

Processes Tested Over Many Years

The search method is selected on the basis of the required integration in the hierarchy and other influencing factors. Irrespective of business policy interests, PAB HRConsulting offers the two classical search methods of consulting firms: direct/executive search (candidates are contacted directly) and advertisement-aided search.

The analysis of the position is documented in a detailed specification. All consulting services and the modalities of cooperation are set down in a contract.

After the selection process and completion of the interviews, the client is presented with the best-suited candidates in a detailed confidential report. We verify all the information by means of reference and career checks.
 

 

The client and the candidate then get to know each other personally. Our consultancy services naturally extend to all further interviews and meetings that take place. If desired, we take on the function of a mediator and/or moderator between company and candidate during the critical contract negotiation phase.

We keep our client up-to-date about every phase of the search proactively.

Intensive Follow-Up

We have reached our goal after successful integration of the right employee in the new job. We keep in touch with our clients and the appointed candidates even after conclusion of an employment contract. There may be considerable cultural differences between companies giving rise to difficulties in settling in. PAB HRConsulting provides intensive follow-up support during this phase, since this furthers successful and lasting integration in a new company.

Separation Guarantee

Our guarantee covers the worst outcome: in the event of a separation of the company and the new employee, we look for a replacement candidate at no extra charge.
