Procedure and Fees

PAB HRConsulting offers two basic methods to search for top level management staff and specialists: direct search and advertisement-aided search. More individual solutions can naturally also be worked out if required.

Services in Detail

  • Discussion and formulation of the company profile, the position and tasks as well as the requirements from the candidate
  • Design and, after agreement with the client, placement of job adverts (advertisement-aided search)
  • Answering candidate enquiries by telephone in response to the job ads (including weekends)
  • Selection of target companies taking into account blocking notes
  • Identification and direct approach of suitable candidates
  • Preselection of candidates by telephone
  • Assessment of candidate documents, ABC analysis
  • Obtaining references from previous employers or other qualified contacts
  • Verification of career details
  • Conduction of psychological tests and/or
  • Conduction of (semi-standardized) selection interviews
  • Verification and discussion of the plausibility of employment criteria
  • Production of a confidential report about the best candidates
  • Documentation of candidate applications and interviews
  • Organization of an interview schedule for the client
  • Attendance of the client’s interviews
  • Advising the client in the decision-making process
  • Taking care of correspondence
  • Providing the client with regular and up-to-date information about the current status and results
  • Supporting candidate integration in the client‘s working environment

PAB HRConsulting provides consulting services on the basis of fixed charges agreed beforehand. We would therefore not profit from recommending candidates for better paid jobs. Fees are assessed on the basis of the complexity of the position that has to be filled.

Fair Fees

In contrast to the widespread practice of paying a third of the fee in advance, we do not require the client to make any advance payment at all.

  • We do not think that financial payment in advance by the client, before receiving any services from us in return, is justified.
  • We believe it is fair to charge the first half of the fee once most of the service has been provided.
  • We are success-oriented and therefore charge the second half of the fee once an employment contract has been concluded.
