This is partly based on our intention to handle the most important component of an organization - people with their objectives and skills - with appropriate care. In addition, we are convinced that dealing properly with employees results in a surprisingly impressive rise in productivity.

Although the corporate environment is rationalized, certified and organized to a large extent, we believe that the black box represented by the human factor is not suitable for such a mechanical approach. Importance of Organizational Development

Organizational development differs from conventional concepts because of its integral approach.

The intention is to increase the firm´s productivity and at the same time improve the employees´ working conditions. Those affected by the changes step out of passivity and actively take part in the change process, thereby becoming participants.

The productivity of a company, the quality of work and employee competence and satisfaction are closely associated to each other.
