Individual and Group Programs

Consultation is divided into individual or group counseling. Individual PAB HRConsulting programs are mainly used for management staff, while group counseling is normally used for commercial/industrial employees and those with a collectively negotiated salary.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is perfect for taking into account the individuality of an employee. Our individual programs start with basic consultation involving a defined number of counseling sessions.

Programs, which can last from three, six, twelve or up to twenty-four months, offer the employee counseling without an hourly limit. The employee decides on the number of counseling hours required during a fixed period of time.

The six-month program accompanies the employee up to conclusion of a new job contract, while the twelve and twenty-four month programs run up to successful completion of the trial period at the new place of work. The twenty-four month counseling includes a guarantee in case of failure during the trial period. Counseling takes place by individually arranged appointments in the premises of PAB HRConsulting.

Group Counseling

 

Group counseling is recommended if companies have to release a number of employees. The programs aim primarily at commercial/industrial employees and those with a collectively negotiated salary.

Employees start with counseling sessions by PAB HRConsulting in small homogeneous groups in two-day seminars. Based on those, every employee receives a fixed amount of individual counseling, which is normally spread over a period of four to six weeks.

Counseling can take place in the company premises, if this is possible, with an additional time-saving advantage.
