Programs

Based on the particular situation, employees receive an individual program for professional reorientation. A personal consultant continuously takes care of them during the program and accompanies them step by step to the desired position.

Individual counseling

• Basic counseling
  9 consultations for 2 hours each, plus optimization of documents, plus counseling by telephone
  
• Counseling - 3 months
  Consultation without time limit within those 3 months
  
• Counseling - 6 months
  Consultation without time limit up to completion of a contract of employment (max 6 months)
  
• Counseling - 12 months
  Consultation without time limit up to completion of the trial period (max 12 months)
  
• Guaranteed counseling
  Unlimited counseling up to completion of the trial period (max 24 months), guarantee in case of failure

All consultations between 3 and 24 months include the following services with individual focus:

• Counseling up to completion of the trial period of an employment contract
  
• Analysis of personality and potential, working out a strategy, project management
  
• Actively work the hidden and open job markets
  
• Preparation of optimal individually tailored documents
  
• Taking care of mailing the applications together with follow up actions
  
• Individual preparation for selective conversations/tests as well as contract negotiations, including provision of information about the particular company
  
• Regular information about results and developments

Group counseling

Group counseling includes a two-day seminar followed by four individual consulting sessions per employee.
